Sandeep Kulshrestha is a Positive Psychology Educator at the International Institute of Positive Psychology. Sandeep has 26 years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership Coaching and has been an educator and facilitator at various Business Schools and companies including the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Indore (India), Besides a professor of Positive Psychology and HRM, Sandeep is a process consultant, learning facilitator in Positive leadership, author and poet.
Sandeep is an alum of Kurukshetra University, UPenn, United Business Institutes and Yale University (having studied Finance, Leadership and Positive Psychology) and has completed M.Phil in Applied Positive Psychology. His Doctoral dissertation has been on Mindfulness at work. Sandeep is based out of Hyderabad, India.
Sandeep's interest in Positive Psychology was triggered by the seminal work by Dr. Martin Seligman, Authentic Happiness which he had randomly picked up at an airport. It resonated with him and he connected Maslow's Humanistic Psychology ideals with the new science of well-being. In the positive psychology world, Sandeep is fascinated by the power of meaning and is also interested in Positive Health and wellbeing.
